In the upcoming months, my blog will be back in full swing. The first post will be tonight on China.
I will post discussions, many of them relating to my travels and interfaith work, as well as selections that will help me in my upcoming two books. Blogging is always a sign that I am at the writing stage and not the editing stage. There will be posts coming from projects that I am working on. I have posts on China and India as well as on my prior book, A Jewish Trinity.
I also have new interviews with authors about their recent books in Jewish thought, Kabbalah, Jewish spirituality, and interfaith. People have been sending me their books. I do not post on self-published books, or on Bible, halakhah, or politics. There are other blogs for those topics.
This blog turns 17 years old this September, so in addition I will post some of the classic posts from the early years.
One of the activities that kept me busy was making our Master’s program into an online MA
ONLINE MA in Jewish-Christian Studies or Certificate in Jewish -Christian Studies or a Certificate in Interfaith. As of Fall 2026, our graduate programs will have both asynchronous online courses and hybrid courses with students who are both in-class and on Zoom. The entire degree will be available online. There are full scholarships from our Sister Rose Thering Fund for anyone who can, however loosely, present themselves as an educator. For those over 65 years of age, the program is $100 for two courses.
